The virtual pasture home page "...a view to the north-east, in late June, with elder bushes flowering in the distance, and the meadow coming into full flower. If you were there, you could see the wonderful variety of flowers: sorrel, field and creeping buttercup, oxe-eye daisy, red and white clover, cat's ear, hawkbit, knapweed, lesser stitchwort, bugle, centaury, plantain, bird's-foot trefoil, meadow vetchling, lesser bindweed, spear, creeping and marsh thistles, cinquefoil, tormentil, mouse-ear chickweed, and about 15 different grasses. Bees, flies, beetles, butterflies, moths and grasshoppers are busy making the most of the feast. You could also hear the birdsong..."
