Bush to Congress:Sept. 20:
Cape Cod Times: Quiet park embraces a passionate theme: 'We will not fail' (September 27, 2001) The idea came to Carl Monge during President Bush's speech to Congress last Thursday."I was very impressed by the speech, especially those two lines: We will not falter, we will not fail," Monge said.
