See SweatX Read more about how bad the situation is that demands this response at the Nation Ben's new company has a Spanish model: Inspired and informed by Spain's Mondragon Industrial Cooperatives (a fifty-year-old network of successful employee-owned businesses). In other words, it's a worker-owned cooperative in which the top guys do not exploit the bottom guys. They are all in it together, and the top pay is never more than 8x the bottom pay. That's the way things ought to be- none of this minimum wage stuff- replace it with a top cap. Palema
