Takes one to know oneI don't agree with President Bush that only those who have lost their freedom can appreciate it. I value highly the freedoms and rights that his administration seems intent on eroding in the name of security. Speaking before a crowd of tens of thousands here in Romania's capital, Mr. Bush said that because they had seen "the face of evil" in their former ruler, Nicolae Ceausescu, "the people of Romania know that dictators must never be appeased or ignored. They must be opposed." --NY Times 11-24-02 Bush's statement carries instructions on dealing with him. Palema
