End poverty worldwideTake a look at the organization started by Ben & Jerry's ice cream, "True Majority.". They sift through the news coming out of Congress and when something big comes up, send you an email. Then with one mouseclick, you cansend a fax to relevant parties in D.C. Good idea! Read their 10 principles and the fuller expanation of the principles "We can't afford it?" Nonsense! Bill Gates can afford it all by himself. If the top one percent of the world's wealthiest chipped in one percent of their wealth, one time only, we could end world poverty. The misery around the world is not necessary; we CAN change it. Not to do so is immoral. Sadly, the richest of the rich spend millions or billions every year trying to make it sound impossible, lobbying against it, and supporting regimes that oppose it. Palema
