When I began this blog in 2001, I was appalled by President Bush's headlong rush to an illegal war (we were not in fact under attack). As time wore on and Bush began his assault on the Constitution and any people bold enough to criticize, I believed that "the republic is endangered more by actions of our own government than by those of any terrorist." With the election of a high-minded, compassionate, intelligent man like Barack Obama, my fears have ceased.

Giving away free stuff is a time-honored practice on the web. While perusing the Catholic Encyclopedia (a great source for information on religious topics, the saints, popes etc.) I found a link to Free Catholic Stuff and one of the links on *their* site said "are you a Conservative? Get Conservative Freebies. So there it is, kids! Please be sure to have Mom or Dad watching while you read this propaganda, in case you pass out.
Why, they have one item, Human Events magazine that provides "News That Exposes The Liberal Media Bias". Listen to that! the liberal media bias! They call anything that strays from their hard line liberal bias. They have been pressing on the media for 25 years and believe me, it has had an effect. The press [Listen closely, friends] has N O . . . L I B E R A L. . . . B I A S !!
So rush to that link and get your freebies. At least you won't have to fund their causes to educate yourself asto what thy're saying and doing now.
