Let's get our priorities straight fellasMartha Stewart was charged with securities fraud as part of a nine-count criminal indictment Friday, following a long insider trading investigation. The charges handed down on Stewart and her Merrill Lynch broker, Peter Bacanovic, at a US federal court in Manhattan included securities fraud, conspiracy to obstruct justice, making false statements and perjury.
