Just say 'NO' to Boston Market

A consumer boycott is a great way to impress companies that treat their workers badly, and Chef Solutions of New Haven, CT treats its workers very badly. Unfortunately, they don't sell consumer products. The bread and potatoes maker sells to other food outlets.

When Chef Solutions illegally tried to block a worker movement to form a union, the union organizers took action. They contacted many of Chef Solutions customers, asking them to suspend purchasing until Chef Solutions began to behave. One customer, Boston Market, refused to even listen to the union, so now they are the target of a Consumer Boycot.

Just say NO to Bsoton Market. PLease take your busienss elsewhere while this boycott is in place!

The Chef Solutions workers in North Haven are in a struggle for their basic human rights and the right to be treated with dignity on the job. These employees have been fighting to form a union with the UAW since 2001. The company responded to the employees’ efforts to exercise their legal rights by hiring the notorious anti-union law firm, Seyfarth & Shaw. The NLRB has officially thrown out the tainted 2001 election, and Chef Solutions has been formally charged with 29 labor law violations. These include threatening to close the plant, firing employees for union activity, conducting coercive interrogations and physically assaulting an employee.
